Natas do Céu

Ingredientes:
1 pacote de natas bem frescas
6 ovos
1 pacote de bolacha Maria
4 colheres de sopa de açúcar – natas
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar – claras
1 chávena de chá (150ml) de leite
1 chávena de chá (150 ml) de açúcar – gemas
Preparação:
Bata as gemas com o açúcar, junte o leite e mexa bem, de preferência, com uma vara de arames.
Leve a lume brando a engrossar, sem nunca parar de mexer. Quando engrossar, retire do lume e deixe arrefecer.
Moa as bolachas com a ajuda de uma picadora, liquidificador, ou, manualmente (Esta última opção dá mais trabalho mas, na falta dos anteriores, é a alternativa).
Bata as Natas com a ajuda de uma batedeira e, junte o açucar no final envolvendo bem.
Seguidamente, bata as claras em castelo e, adicione o açucar no final, à semelhança das natas, envolvendo bem.
Com cuidado, envolva as claras e as natas num único recipiente.
Por fim, disponha em taçinhas ou num pirex, camadas alternadas do preparado de natas e das claras e, bolacha moída.
A última camada deverá ser do doce de ovos que preparou préviamente, sendo necessária a ajuda de uma colher para alisar a superfície.
Leve ao frigorífico e, sirva bem fresco.
